North Koreans & China Vietnamese too but much harder get across the Pacific ocean than oh 80/90 miles off the Gulf Coast.

If they didnt have Cows they just sealed off the basement filled with water raised carp.

In many Upper Midwestern Communities where Hmongs were "Re-Settled" Law Enforcement sometimes makes a "Bust" over Cat & Dog meat usually no JAIL just "Fines" & News Coverage "Embarrassment".

.But in their "Culture" Cat & Dog meat is a "Delicacy" their Traditions
