How F'd up are these illegals that their own country won't take them back.

If there is a death penalty case, it needs top appellate priority so that it can be run up the flagpole and back down in 2 weeks. It is cruel to keep violent criminals from their ultimate demise. And, it is cruel to keep victims' families in wait. Justice is injustice if it cannot be swiftly administered.
