Trump will have his **** together before he "calls" Putin. He will be well briefed on the situation in Ukraine.  He will know what's going on with NATO's support. He will know Russia's weaknesses.  And strengths. And, he will know precisely where to jab his finger in the most painful woulds Russia has BEFORE he calls Putin.  That's how Trump rolls.
