I hate Beretta pistols.....but, I love their shotguns. Their semi-auto pistols always seemed like cheap junk to me. Soft aluminum frame. **** locking-block system.  They denied for years there was any problem with these, but suddenly in the early 2000's, they came out with a beefier locking block.  Taurus made an even a worse knockoff of the **** '92 pistols.
