Plane was flying very low.

Prolly to many honeys with big tits weighing the craft down.

the plane was flying low because it was on final to runway 33.

If it is true they collided at 400 feet the Black hawk was flying 200 feet above the Max height for helicopters on Route 4.  And also too far west.
