You Dems have done so really stupid things, but DEI might be the dumbest.

Not condoning or supporting it. However, I get tired of every time someone hires a non-white.. its a DEI hire. Most of the time it is not to be honest. We have nonwhites in my current position and it is not due to politics. Its called lack of options.
