1) The staffing of Air Traffic controllers nation wide has been sub-standard for YEARS !
2) There were 19 near misses at that airport in 2024 (1000 nation wide) !
3) Under staffing was one of the problems on the night of the accident !
4) Reports indicate that something like 2000 applicants for air traffic controllers were DENIED at RIA (Reagan International) because they did NOT MEET DEI standards !
5) Recently the FOCUS of hiring at RIA was people with learning disabilities !

The CAUSE of this tragedy is CLEAR... it was YEARS of ENTRENCHED Liberalism in Hiring and Staffing... AND, IT was Democrat DEI policies, and Democrat Political BUREAUCRATS who put AMERICANS LIVES at RISK, in order to FURTHER ther IDIOTIC, WRONG HEADED policies...
