I give the tariffs against Canada and Mexico a 10-15% chance of being enacted for any appreciable length of time... It's a carrot & sick approach to negotiation, and TRUMP just wants something from them, and is willing to hold the tariffs threat over them until they WORK with him! I think for them it's probably MOSTLY border security... and If Canada and Mexico negotiate in good faith, I think there is a better than 50% chance that NO tariffs are ever imposed. BUT, like he recently said... IF they don't? HE MIGHT !!
