Why put them in jail for 10 years costing taxpayers 4 times the amount it takes for a person to take care of themselves?
Where is the fairness to those self reliant enough not to be a burdon on anyone else as much a possible by rule of law typecasting ancestors into role playing people cradle to grave every genertion gap alive, today?
