Military ROUTES are determined by the FAA when in their CONTROLLED AIRSPACE. PERIOD!! ONLY on military bases and or foreign soil where our US Military is operating is MILITARY CONTROLLED!! And even then, under the supervision of FAA trained and dedicated ATC's.
