Its called Asperger's Syndrome.
MANY highly intelligent people suffer from it and yet, it doesn't mean they aren't highly intelligent. MOST people with Asperger's are off the charts in IQ and intelligence. Their minds work so much faster than their motor skills, including speech, that they tend to slur words.
You probably should EDUCATE YOURSELF before you start denigrating other people MUCH MUCH SMARTER THAN YOU WILL EVER BE!!
