They were CONQUERED in 1948-49. Along with multiple OTHER "wars" the Israelis kicked ASSES - from Egypt, Jordan, Syria and a few OTHERS that thought they could take out Israel for the Palestinians.

Sucks you can't concede that ISRAEL IS THE CONQOERING NATION, huh?? IN SPITE of having your *** handed to you, you want to persist in getting CURB STOMPED over and over and over!!

For sure jews have been able to impose their will on the arabs of palestine. But they are still fighting. Thus they are not conquered. And i side with the Palestinians mainly because I do not like jews...but also in principle it is accurate to call jews a foreign occupier and palestinians have every right to fight for their own freedom. I could say the same about say...China and tibet...but I am not invested in that because I don't see China as an enemy
