Anti-semite used in place of anti-Jewish is stupid. A "semite" is simply a person who (or who's ancestors) speak one of the Semitic languages. The word semite derives from a linguistic term. It has little to do with race, religion, and is a poor substitute for everything anti-Jewish. If the jews have the balls to use the term anti-jewish, let them. I do not have to go along with their theft of the term because you get confused by their gaslighting. Be confused. Stay confused. You deserve it for being an anti-semite.
In fact, Arabic is the primary surviving language out of all of the Semitic languages, not Hebrew. I believe Hebrew was resurrected from being a dead language sometime around the formation of modern Israel. So, it would be more accurate to say that anti-semite is synonymous with anti-Arab.
