The wife saw this **** all the time working in the courts...they'd pretend they didn't speak English, so had to hire a translator @ $200 an hour which generally included drive time from the metro...so generally $1000 to $1500...only to hear them speaking perfectly good English on the bench after court or the **** wouldn't show at all...taxpayer monies at work...
