It doesn't grant the executive branch line item veto power.
What YOU don't seem to understand is that MOST of what Trump has addressed by Executive Order... was INITIALLY IMPOSED by Executive order... some of it (like USAID) YEARS ago under President Kennedy... or, has ONLY clarified EXISTING LAW !
Bottom line, The DULY elected President of the United States, who RAN on a platform of Draining the SWAMP, and CLEANING OUT Washington... HAS THE RIGHT as the LEADER of the nation, to GOVERN... HAS the RIGHT to identify and EXPOSE WASTE, AND, HAS THE RIGHT to take action to FIX what's BROKEN... HE HAS THE RIGHT to GOVERN...
Donald Trump is the leader of the EXECUTIVE branch of the U.S. Government... which means to execute EXISTING Law... Judges who try to USURP his power by MANDATING that Trump DOES NOT have that power, are one who are OUT of LINE... NOT Trump... AND, a BUREAUCRACY who THINK THEY run things, are the ones who need to be straightened out... NOT Donald Trump !
