I asked where in the Constitution he was empowered to use OUR money to that end, and you could not think of ANY reference supporting that frame of thought?
How about you just answer the **** question. WHERE DOES HE GET CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY TO - IN YOUR WORDS - "RAISE THE STANDARD OF LIVING IN THAT AREA"?
