Brian is correct.  USAID is not going to be dismantled - it'll simply be rebranded.
The American bloodlust is too strong to give up the Tranny Empire.
Folks want their team in charge of DC and they want their team bombing all over the world.

I for one hope inflation and other ills plague the Trumpious Empire rebranding.
I hope the tariffs are a yuge failure.  
I hope for unrest in AmeriQUEER.

Brian is going by traditional concepts of time mangment keeping ancestires in the "right" frame of mind cradle to grave., not actual time evolving in plain sight since conceived to replace the ancestral lineage adding each great great grandchild born daily here changing populaiton "left" adapting in the moment alive so far.

perpetual balancing outcomes only happen with a finite amount of matter sustaining the universe balancing with total sum incoming details being what it is in plain sight of each ancestor changing form since shaped a fertilize cell proportionately alive each rotation their body has a beating heart and brain navigating current position as displaced now.
