It's a "nice try", but the 14th Amendment gave the Feds full authority to control "rights" of anyone.
But they never get that far. Hell, I even saw one posting on another source that the 10th Amendment gave NY State FULL authority to cancel the Federal Immigration laws. Yeah, they are THAT **** stupid.
