biden could have prevented the whole war by saying ukraine can't join nato. instead he laughed and any negotiations with russia was giving ukraine weapons.

Biden had no interest in peace. 
Biden and his WASH DC minions had one goal...
provoke a war...and destroy Russia using Ukraine as the proxy army.
