At $10,000 a wack the bill's sponsor has to be either an ugly fat woman who can't get any or a ***.....no one else would put that kind of value on a slug of man gravy.
To be fair, any woman who wastes an egg ought to be fined and imprisoned for not putting out....and any man who wants to use that egg to make a baby should have the right to forcibly do it if necessary
