I don't think that is the point I made. My point is that the Bommer generation can't adapt to the up-and-coming workforce. The boomers will be gone soon. They don't have the pull they once had. The new ones are coming and are already here. The tech has allowed them more options, so they are now able to tell the boomers to go pound sand with their demands. They no longer have to slave away to make a handful of people billionaires, while they get crumbs. Tech is good. It's a new era for everything and I am excited about it.

Dude, BOOMERS ARE RETIRED!!!  GenX is starting to hit their '60's, and they will soon start retiring too.  Probably even sooner in life than Boomers, because overall, GenX'ers are more successful. 

GenXer's were the preppie generation that wanted lots of money and expensive things.  Boomers were the '50's / '60's factory workers, '60's hippies and '70's Cocaine addicts. GenXer's was a smaller demographic that went to the best private schools, became technology-savoy and now run the wealthiest, cash-cow companies.
