The Boomers? Well, who cares? They will be collecting their SS soon while **** in their diapers in some nursing home. They no longer count.
They can have whatever "idea" that they want. When NO PAYCHECK in coming in because of belligerence, that "idea" gets to be tossed to the **** can. And "boomers" are FAR from just sitting down and collecting SS checks. They STILL control a huge number of businesses, even "retired". And will for at least another 20 years.
You seem to have lost sight that EMPLOYEES are "at will" hires, which means, THEY CAN BE FIRED AT WILL TOO!! Sucks, huh, that you seem to think that EMPLOYEES run the show, when the reality is, THE PERSON WRITING THE PAYCHECKS is the REAL ring master and ALWAYS will be.
Don't like it?? Start your own doomed-to-fail business with employee's demands on where they will work and how, being fulfilled and see how long you last!!
