It appears that some of these agencies don't even know the basics of accounting, that's a little alarming from a taxpayers standpoint. It also says something that a handful of **** kids can find fraud that an experienced IG can't find.
There are also idiots that think Elon held a gun to someone's head to get those government contracts.
They will usually find a Negro Spokesman to deliver that message when ever possible.
