San Francisco is the perfect example of LATE stage capitalist dystopia - tech venture capital and real estate investors living side by side with homeless drug addicts.
(The funny thing is neither group would be tolerated in "socialism" LOL)
teacher always complained about low rent. I don't think he ever figured out is was always the intent of planning and zoning to keep the poor in a box.
