One thing that is certain about America is that it has absolutely no capacity to learn from history. We tried this once. It was labeled "The war on drugs" to which we lost miserably. If we do this, the outcome will be the same. Failure. One thing about Mexican cartels is that they are no different than cockroaches. When you exterminate some cockroaches, about 10 more cockroaches take their place. It just won't work. The only thing we can do is beef up our own border security. Take the money from foreign policies and put it into securing the border.
