But... these ayrabs have a lot of money, and they are WANTING to spend it on their people's future. 

I've seen a good bit of evidence - maybe it was PR and maybe it wasn't - that Musk has serious chops in construction. Why WOULDN'T this ayrab wanna hire him, and why WOULDN'T he wanna be hired?

A hyperloop is just an underground tunnel for wealthy trust fund kids to drive their Lamborghinis through on any given hour of the day 

It’s not what you’re thinking of - a project designed to benefit the majority at the cost of oligarchs’ ill gotten gains
 
FDR had to tax the wealthy to pay (at least partly) for his programs 

This is just another money grab for private interests
