I will concede agreement your argument that illegals should not be guaranteed representation, I find it hard to believe they would even want to be on a census. But if a state has a problem and is overloaded with the cokraoches, they deserve the representation to solve the infestation so if the mechanism of saying they are hear qulaifies for more seats in congress, I am ok with that too.
