Seeing how "top down Education strategy" has FAILED our nation in that less than 25% of HS Graduates are reading at GRADE LEVEL, doing math at the same level, and writing even worse.
So how's that working out for you LEFTASSES?? Face it, the ONLY reason you are in favor of "National Education" is that TEAT it gives the TEACHERS UNIONS TO SUCK FROM MASSIVELY!!
