The fact is that Boris Johnson and Biden sabotaged the Istanbul agreement, that would have ended the Ukraine war weeks after it started.
All Ukraine was required to do, was to NOT join NATO, and Russia would withdraw and return the land they took when they invaded.
Status quo. Now we've wasted hundreds of billions of dollars, and hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian and Russian lives, for NOTHING.
what benefit would ukraine have then signing the mineral rights bill? russia could invade the next day.
