LOL! At one time, Russia thought it needed Syria. Then, it lost Syria. Because, it is too weak as a nation to hold onto it. Russia is much weaker as a nation than anyone, and I mean ANYONE, knows. Poland could take Kalingrad whenever it wants to. Poland coordinating with Latvia and Lithuania could also take Moscow in days. Just Poland. No NATO involvement at all. Once, Moscow is under siege, there is a good likelihood that Siberia will secede. Troops would have to be redeployed to fight off Poland in Moscow. And, that would be the end of Russia. Finland (formerly under Swedish rule) might even try to take back St. Petersburg. Right there, it would be a completely fractured nation, incapable of waging much defense or resistance to any further attacks.
I know you love Russia. And, if you know Russia as well as I do, you know what I am saying is spot-on.
Russia has no need of Syria.
Putin won in Ukraine BIGLY
