Trump fills packed stadiums and speaks "ad lib" to cheering crowds for hours.
I think it was Al Michaels who said that most people [without any broadcasting experience] can't fill more than a minutes worth  of air time before sounding kind of stupid.
What level of education did your study claim that your "13th best president" speaks at...?
