It's a cop movie and Charlie is a cop and he has this black guy pinned up against a wall fixing to cuff him and Ralph Waite (John boy Waltons daddy) who is also a cop runs up, punches the black guy in the back and calls him a ***! Shades of the Waltons! LMAO!
