it's one thing to back out and another to be a petulant child who didn't get their all-day sucker!!

Zelenskyy was FAR WORSE than any petulant child in that meeting!! HE thought he could bully and shame Trump on American TV into giving him more than the agreement said he would get!! That got him tossed to the curb and thrown out of the White House.
