Businesses DO NOT utilize a trading partner that limits their imports at an arbitrary point, which a host country can adjust at their whim. We evaluate a trading partner by what will be the most profitable and reliably over a long term. My business did huge trade volumes in the past with Canada, as well as with the UK, with So.
