Capitalism loses out to Socialism, per Heritage Foundation

The majority of nations which made Heritage's list have socialized health care, socialized retirement and socialized higher education - the stuff that heritage and the contards who worship there call socialism.
It seems that socialist countries are more economically free than capitalist ones - who knew?
