The bottom line is that several of the more moderate Dhum's Senators were voting YES on the CR and Schumer is only trying to "save face" by caving. He thinks that by now supporting it, he can curry SOME level of favor from the American people. He will fail no matter since his PREMATURE EJACULATION on the CR in vehemently opposing it resulted in the "Schumer Shutdown" being penned as HIS BABY!!

That really doesn't matter as 7 D votes were needed to pass...it's a come to Jesus moment for them as the DOGE stipulation doesn't justify a shutdown to anyone in the country...but beware, chuck, like ex-lugosi, hold all the power over their party and what they say directs the ship...and maybe he listened to Fetterman...
