- Most federal government jobs go to Blacks. It's "hush-hush" reparations for slavery. Its also a way of warehousing Blacks so they are off the streets and not causing trouble.
- Federal "workers" vote Democrat. What you call "waste" is what Democrats call "purchasing votes".
- Democrats fund poor communists to run for political office through all of this "waste" - sure its fraud, but they don't look at it that way. This is what funds the Democrat machine.
- You don't get it because you are not Black, not a Federal worker, and not part of the Democrat Machine. You are probably a hard-working American in the private sector where everything has to be accounted for and legitimate.
