China? MAYBE if you include Taiwan... THEY are the biggest Manufacturer of MOST of the most powerful chips in the world... NOT China ! BUT THEY are going to be building a NEW facility in New Mexico (America) in the next few years... WHICH they are doing because they KNOW that IF China invades... THEY will have to DESTROY their Taiwan chip plants... to KEEP the technology from China !
