Trust me here, IF that would have been me, a body bag would be all the needed to "take him away". PERIOD!!
Where I live, that is considered an assault and one that the castle doctrine totally protects. We also have the Stand your ground law here too, so there is no need to retreat from these idiots. Just pump them full of lead and let the chips fall where they may for their UTTER STUPIDITY!!
