Today
Whites.......11%
Blacks........78%

Yeah, might as well automate EVERYTHING there..........even the Cops and the Judges.  
 

Back when Detroit was the 3rd wealthiest city in the USA
Looks like 4 or 5  White Men [probably tax paying  home owners and family men who returned from WW2]
I think these cars cost 1/3 to 1/2 of an average salary at the time
