If they would just turn some of the blue urban areas they could do it:

Trump will do it if he has time... HE STARTED the enterprise Zones in cities during his 1st term,,, but it then imploded with COVID and the economic Chaos... THIS time he is encouraging TRILLIONS of $$$ to be spent by the HUGE businesses of the world to move to America (part of the tariff plan)... and THAT could mean JOBS for many of the unemployed and UNDER employed... and MANY of them may currently live in the inner cities... THAT could take a chunk out of the BLUE in this map.. because LOTS of this blue is because of inner cities where people have given up looking for work... AND the two may be ANOTHER marriage made in heaven !!
