That's one idea.  In an ideal world, he would just be released in the middle of the Mojave Desert - stripped down, naked, no provisions, and told his only chance is if make it too the Mexican border and sneak into Mexico.  Well, keep a drone over him so the outcome can be posted on Youtube.
