The United States is the largest single DAC donor of ODA in 2022 (US$55.3 billion), followed by Germany (0.8% GNI, US$35.0 billion), France (0.7%, US$19.5 billion), Japan (0.3%, US$17.3 billion) and the United Kingdom (0.5%, US$15.7 billion)2.
