He doesn't need USAID to do that... and all of the OTHER WASTE, FRAUD, and ABUSE that goes with it... to help out Myanmar with some food, water, and shelter ! ...AT LEAST we KNOW what it's going for, and NOT for pushing a bunch of QUEER policies on people who would PREFER to be STRAIGHT...
