Not at all.  Not even close.  Spoke like a true Options Boy.

It is worse in the chamber because the gas has nowhere to go.  It doesn't disperse.  When you get it outside the amount you get is far less.

Now, if you want equivalency, take the whole canister of pepper spray and spray it in our eyes.  Let me know how that works out for you.
