We worked a defense contract where by we made revenue on how much we spent. We didn't do 600$ hammers, but if a more economical substitute was found it was swiftly rejected.

The Corruption is way beyond the Democratic Party alone.  Luigi got pissed at the corporate rip off.  Biden comes from the World Capitols of Corps.

I also am in a serious situation at home  with my Bro In Law rescued from Iowa recently. He has United Health Care.. The same one Luigi didn't like. The racket in medical kills people.  35 weekday trips in a row to Baltimore?  Mrs did it for her friend and it was unsuccessful. It's too much for us to do this time.  The end game is always a struggle. Dad had the best health care to maximize his suffering. I have no idea how Jimmy Carter hung on so long  like an ape to a banana.

Hey, I appreciate the candid response.  I really do. I agree, the corruption IS beyond the Democrat party.  I never thought I'd see any team of people dig in and expose the corruption like what's going on right now. I'm actually pretty astounded by this.  As for Musk - until DOGE, I never particularly liked the guy.  I'm not sure how DOGE is making TESLA great at all - seems to be destroying the company, if anything.  I suppose that's why I find all of this remarkable.  They guy is tanking his company, but at the same time doing a fantastic job of methodically showing fraud and waste.

I'd be the first to say the Military needs its budget thoroughly reviewed as well.  I hope its coming.  My thought is that it could be cut 50% and there would still be plenty of money for it to continue operating just fine.  I also agree that the current healthcare system is a racket. Every doctor has to charge over-inflated fees, and then the insurance companies don't want to pay.  Personally, I'd outlaw medical insurance that pays direct to the physicians; maybe all medical insurance period.  If people had to pay for the medical services they received, it would cost a fraction of what it costs today.
