Many Pastors & Church Leaders have called upon the "Black Community" Itself pick up ya own Garbage too..

Now theres allotta good "Black" People out there town Working Hard decent Citizens even.

But the Young ones blasting rap music , selling drugs , and hair so goofy

Then "Perpetuate" this Culture and the "Activists" who "Defend" that Culture.

You are 100% right about this. The only thing I will add is that White people need to do the same. Our divorce rates are way too high. And, White women raising children as a single parent is way too high. This is what leads to most of the same problems Blacks are having in their communities. White people are not immune to the destruction of families and the resulting hoards of bastard children becoming criminals.
