Year ago before I got sick of Sean Hannity repeating himself over & over and cutting off his guests dont let them speak.
He used to have an idea called the Penny Plan basically each year ya cut like afew pennies a nickel or dime each dollar the "Base-Line" budget then do that for like a decade.
In baseline budgeting like government does the debt becomes the new baseline next budget
Gradually the idea is cutting a little off each year and if we grow the economy in like afew decades we cut our defecit by half.
Now its untested in the Real World but the idea made allotta sense if ya ask me.
