I mean asking a quarter million a "Fixer Upper" needs another 50/100 grand in work from the get go to be "Habitable" or Rent Out.
The housing prices just aint "Sustainable" nowhere but 2 "Crash" really hard too
I'm almost done with all the site prep / utilities work for a new house and am in a "holding pattern" waiting for building materials prices to reach another 20 year low.
