Why don't you answer the question in the OP first...

Get a pick up truck
Go to Home Depot, buy some lumber and build a "gallows" that's bolted into the back of the truck.
Go to You Tube for building tips and a tutorial  that will show you how to rig Hang Man's noose....  
Make sure to get  bull horns for yourself and the rest of your SJW Posse..!.
Then spend as much time as it takes yelling.. "HANG DONALD TRUMP...!!! HANG DONALD TRUMP...!!!" until you terrify Trump and the entire Capitol Police force so badly that they agree to call off the tariffs, return all the deported Illegal Aliens  and cancel DOGE...!!!
